Amanda Holden and Alan Carr took on the huge task of renovating a derelict apartment in Sicily as part of their BBC One show, and now the completed property is on the market. The Britain's Got Talent judge and comedian, who have been good friends for years, bought a run-down flat in the Italian island for just €1 in a bid to transform it into a lovely holiday home.
During the eight-part series of Amanda & Alan's Italian Job, the duo rolled up their sleeves and got stuck into renovating to bring the crumbling property back to life. The series saw the friends oversee the demolition of the house and add in their own interior style whilst embracing the local lifestyle in Sicily.
The transformed two-bedroom apartment named Casa Alamanda in Salemi, Sicily is now listed for sale on Rightmove for €145,000, which equates to around £127,923, and is being marketed by Italy Sotheby's International Realty.
