Indian CEOs should identify their most complex business problems and create dedicated task forces to solve them using AI, rather than limiting their experimentation with the technology to smaller use cases, Anthropic India MD Irina Ghose said.
“Ensure that you figure out what is that most complex problem, which or a moonshot which you've not solved for it, and create a task force, a mission around solving that,” Ghose said during a panel discussion at The Economic Times World Leaders Forum in New Delhi. “Because when you put across the biggest out there, the rest will surely happen.”
