After a washout in India's tour-opening first T20I in Durban, the teams have arrived in the port city of Gqeberha in hope of getting action underway, but the rain clouds have followed them to the Eastern Cape province in South Africa.

Persistent rain in Durban didn't even allow the toss to take place, with the umpires eventually calling off the contest.
