NEW DELHI: Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik has highlighted two key aspects that he believes India should focus on during the upcoming Asia Cup in preparation for the World Cup. According to him, the identification of a fourth pace bowling option and securing a backup batter are the primary areas of concern.
With a top order featuring captain Rohit Sharma, Shubman Gill, and Virat Kohli, India's pace bowling lineup will consist of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, and Mohammed Siraj. However, Karthik believes that finding an additional pace bowler to complete the quartet is crucial for the team's balance.
