India earn hard-fought win against Japan

RANCHI: India coach Janneke Schopman had said before the tournament she would want the team to 'fight, fight, fight' and the team did just that to grab another thrilling 2-1 win against Japan in Vandana Katariya's 300th international game at Asian Champions Trophy here on Tuesday.

The victory helped the team make it four wins in four matches and they top the standings with 12 points followed by Japan who are on nine.
