A Vietnamese American woman who posted that her family had voted a straight Republican ticket was met with a racist reply calling them 'yellow monkeys' and claiming they had been reported to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

Liliana Pham's post on X, in which she said her parents had nearly died escaping communism in Vietnam, had been viewed more than 1.5 million times at the time of writing.
