US Representative Ilhan Omar has appealed for campaign donations after a federal search of her Washington, DC home. President Donald Trump said she could face jail if allegations against her were true.
In a video posted on Tuesday night, 20 October, the Minnesota Democrat thanked supporters for sending $5 (£3.75), $10 (£7.50) and $20 (£15). It was her first video since federal agents searched her home on Monday, 12 October, as part of an ongoing investigation.
