ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has announced that its promoter, Prudential Corporation Holdings, plans to divest up to 2% of the company’s total issued and paid-up equity share capital through open-market transactions on the stock exchanges.
In an exchange filing, ICICI Prudential AMC said Prudential Corporation intends to sell the shares to comply with the minimum public shareholding requirements applicable to the company.
