Iceland shoppers 'won't buy takeaways' since trying low calorie £4 meals that rival McDonald's and Nando's

A frozen food supermarket chain has shoppers praising them for their range of cheap, low calorie meals that rival some takeaways.

Iceland have launched a 15-strong list of 'fakeaways' packed with protein but low in calories, reports Manchester Evening News. The Iceland MyProtein range includes products like salt and pepper chicken skewers, katsu chicken, singapore noodles and peri peri chicken - like Nandos.

For McDonald's fans, there are a collection of breakfast wraps on offer which aren't the same as McMuffins, but have similar flavours.
