IBC: Creditors realised Rs 4 lakh cr; cases involving Rs 14 lakh cr settled in pre-admission stage

New Delhi: Creditors have realised more than Rs 4 lakh crore through resolution processes under the insolvency law, which has been in force for ten years.

Also, over 30,000 cases involving a total amount of nearly Rs 14 lakh crore filed before the tribunal NCLT have been resolved in the pre-admission stage.
