A former Poundland employee has shared the one complaint she used to hear from customers all the time when she worked at the discount retailer - and many people online have said they "have a point".
Holly Laing worked at her local Poundland shop for three months in 2015 as a Christmas temp, and has said that out of all the things she used to her on an almost-daily basis, one comment got on her nerves more than anything else.
The 22-year-old, from Northampton, explained in a hilarious viral video that when she was working on the tills, she would often have people act surprised when their shopping came to more than they expected, as they had assumed that every item in the shop was priced at just £1.
