The last few years have been huge for green powders. As of September 2025, there are over 32,000 TikTok posts using the hashtag #greenspowder, making it a standout wellness trend of the 2020s. Towards the end of 2023, the Free Soul mango greens were launched, a new (and supposedly better tasting) version of the brand's original greens powder that quickly went viral.

That's right - the greens powders haven't only been getting more popular, but more innovative, too. So, after seeing the new product flood my TikTok For You page, I was keen to finally give them a go.
