I used Elf Cosmetics new Cookies 'N' Dreams collection to create this perfect Valentines Day look

Elf Cosmetics have released the most beautiful colour palette collection- so I had to give it a try.

For me, I usually would wear warmer tones (I have olive skin and green eyes) but, the Cookies 'N' Dream's collection had to be an exception.

It's filled with icey blue hues and bold monochrome crayon like shadows to really create a bold look- so I put it to the test.
