We all struggle with different skin issues at this time of year and this hydrating, priming and enhancing make up must have is a number one bestseller.
Bobbi Brown have recorded that one is sold every 24 seconds globally- so we just had to try it. Bobbi Brown is stocked in Boots and Look Fantastic, with some regularly reduced in price so it is worth keep those eyes peeled for money off.
My experience with Bobbi Brown has always been triumphant. I use their tinted moisturiser daily and it's worked wonders for my combination skin. I like a light coverage these days with a touch of concealer under my eyes, forehead and down the bridge of my nose.
The hyaluronic acid and shea butter promised to moisturize and plump my skin for a healthy glow, while doing such a minimal look- and I can confirm, that's exactly what it did. A good moisturiser has always been a crucial part of my everyday make up routine to make sure I get an even coverage but not too shiny and caked looking.
Here is my everyday look using the moisturiser.
I created this look and instantly loved the results.
I have certainly seen long term benefits from this product with trialling it all this summer. It is a beautiful blend for underneath my every day make up. It's creamy, but doesn't make my skin too oily which is always a massive plus for me (I get a really oily T zone but dry everywhere else).
Don't get me wrong, this is quite a glowy look for me but I do like it. My skin feels super soft under any make up looks while using this product up to now, and that is kind of unheard of with my combination skin.
The grapefruit and geranium scent I can honestly say is my favourite benefit of using this cream. Here is a look I did using the face base and a light coverage foundation for a full day out in the heat.
As you can see this one is not as bronzed but still you can see how blurred any discolouration, blemishes and lines are.
After using the cream for a couple of months (and only recently for prolonged make up looks) I have noticed some great changes- my pores do not seem as noticeable around my nose which is a huge tick box, and my forehead is also not as oily.
For a larger size tub (50ml), it's a worthy investment price of £48.50 when you only need to use a tiny amount each day.
Or you can pick up other sizes at Boots and Look Fantastic too- which currently have a deal where shoppers can pick up 10% off when they spend £25 or 20% off when spending £60.
This is easily a 5/5 rating for its wearability, price, packaging, smell. I can't fault it.
