Erik ten Hag insists he only has one plan to improve Manchester United for next season amid uncertainty over the club's ownership.
United's season ended with a 2-1 FA Cup final defeat to Manchester City, who secured their second league and cup domestic double ahead of potentially emulating United's Treble triumph in the Champions League final next week.
The United co-chairman Avram Glazer was in attendance at Wembley as his family mull over offers from the Ineos Group and Sheikh Jassim Bin Hamad Al Thani to buy the club.

Ten Hag declined to discuss a potential outright takeover of United: "I have only one plan: that is to improve this club and to improve this team. I will fight for [it]. I have my ideas and I already told the club what we have to do for that.
"But I have to work with my staff, with my players to be better next season. I think in this moment, I don't want to discuss [the possible takeover]. It's about finalising the season.
"We have to be quiet, analysing the season, going to the depth, set the right conclusions, and then take action, it's about that.
"The process, during the season, we are continually making considerations, are actions into process. But now the season is finished, the conclusion overall is we played a brilliant season.
"It's not about the gap in the summer, it's not about getting players in and they do well. It's about we work all season and day by day to develop the team, progress the team.
"I'm very proud where we came from in the start of the season. Remember Brentford and the Etihad (when United were thrashed 4-0 and 6-3) also. Now, we showed today against City the home win was not a coincidence and, on another day, we could win this game."
United sportingly congratulated City on their victory and waited to watch them accept the cup rather than heading straight back into the dressing room.
Ten Hag suggested City are the "best team in the world" and that United are the only opponent who could have made it a contest after conceding inside 12 seconds.
"First of all, I want to congratulate City with the win of the FA Cup," Ten Hag said. "It was very narrow, it was head to head, we played very competitive out of a very good organisation.
"We didn't allow them [chances] from open play against probably the best team in the world in this moment. We fought back after a quick goal down and I think we are the only team in the world who is capable of fighting back against this team, from City. I was happy with the performance of my team.
"Show respect, always, but of course it's a motivation," Ten Hag explained of United's post-match conduct. "You have to feel it in your stomach, it hurts. It has to be fuel.
"Our team, my players, deserved it but you have to grab it and that is the next step we have to make."
