Fans of I'm A Celebrity South Africa say they have been 'gagging' after watching the show's iconic drinking trial. Joe Swash and Dean Gaffney returned to the camp where they were reunited with Geordie duo Ant and Dec.
On tonight's episode (May 3) viewers watched as Joe and Dean attempted to swallow some horrific 'cocktails' including blended water hog testicles, blended crocodile foot and blended cow lips - in a bid to win treats for fellow camp mates.
The celebrities took turns in drinking the cocktails - but it appears that some were just too much to stomach. After being presented with the blended cow lip cocktail, a reluctant Dean said: "It's the white stuff on the top, what's that?"
