'I love sunbathing naked on my trampoline - I encourage others to do the same'

Sunbathing is an activity that many people enjoy when the weather is warm, and providing that you use SPF, a hat, and stay hydrated, ensuring you take regular shade breaks to keep yourself as safe as possible, it's fun.

Whilst most people may enjoy sunbathing in swimwear in their garden, one woman has shared that she prefers to sunbathe naked on her trampoline, enjoying the rays "kissing her skin."

Ola Liput shares her nude sunbathing hacks on her YouTube channel, where she uses her video content to "spread love to the world."

"It's so warm when the sun is shining", she said, as she sunbathed topless on top of her trampoline in the garden.

She said she wanted to "take this opportunity to lay here on the trampoline and enjoy the sun" whilst the weather is good and "the sun is there."

Ola said she loves the feeling of the "sunshine kissing her skin", joking "the sun's out, get your bums out, you know the one."

"Just give thanks no matter what", she gushed, "And even if the sun isn't shining, just trust that the sun will shine again."

"Follow my lead - strip off, find a spot where you're not in public basically, and strip off, lay down on top of your clothes, and just feel that sun penetrate through your skin and deep down into the core of your being and give thanks for life."

But despite Ola's love of the sun and being naked in her own private space, police have warned that you could be breaking the law even if you get naked in your own private garden.

In England and Wales, it is not an offence to be naked in public, but there are caveats attached as you cannot be nude with the intention of causing "distress or alarm" - as this is an offence under Section 66 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.

The Crown Prosecution Service says: "In the case of naturism a balance needs to be struck between the naturist's right to freedom of expression and the right of the wider public to be protected from harassment, alarm and distress."

So if your garden is overlooked, it may be bad news for you.

However, the advice from the police is to let your neighbours know what you're up to before you head out into the sunshine with no clothes on, as well as trying to set up camp in an area of your garden that is screened from view.
