Manchester City cannot afford to drop many points if they are to win the Premier League title again this season, according to Pep Guardiola.
And the Barcelona legend believes that the margin for error that can be afforded to rivals Liverpool is still too small for comfort, despite City currently enjoying a nine-point advantage, having played a game more.
The league champions are back in action on Wednesday evening, when they host Brentford at the Etihad Stadium in a game they will be expected to win, but Guardiola is not looking too far ahead and expects Jurgen Klopp's side to keep up the pressure all the way to the end.
