NEW DELHI: Ravindra Jadeja, part of India's most successful Test bowling pair is backing his longtime colleague Ravichandran Ashwin to achieve the milestone of 500 wickets in the first game against England itself.
On the opening day of the Hyderabad Test, Ashwin and Jadeja surpassed the Anil Kumble-Harbhajan Singh duo, establishing themselves as the most successful Test bowling pair for India with a combined tally of 502 wickets in the traditional format of the game.
