He’s a personal trainer to A-list celebs and star of BBC3’s Go Hard or Go Home. But growing up, things could have turned out very differently for Tyrone Brennand.
“My friends were into drugs, crime, guns,” says Tyrone, 37, who lives in Chelsea, South West London, with his partner Gemma, 36, a full-time parent, and their children Taleah Jasmine, 10, Olivia-Rae, six, and River, four.
“Lots of the people I associated with are now hooked on drugs, in prison or dead,” he continues.
