Candace Owens and political commentator Andrew Wilson have taken their disagreement over the Charlie Kirk murder case into public view, turning a debate invitation into a heated exchange on social media. At the center of the dispute is Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the case. Owens has firmly defended her belief that Robinson was framed, while Wilson insists she should publicly defend that position in a formal debate.

Candace Owens stands by Tyler Robinson "patsy" claim
The disagreement escalated after Wilson argued that Owens had already made a clear claim about the case and should be prepared to defend it publicly.
He wrote:
“All evening the Candace Owens people have been saying she makes no claims so she doesn’t have to defend any. They claim I said there was overwhelming evidence for the prosecution of Robinson which is true I said that so I meed to defend it.”
