A self-confessed 'human Barbie' has showed off her new look after spending £1million on plastic surgery.
Jessica Alves appeared on ITV's This Morning to show off her results after going under the knife, but presenters Rochelle Humes and Vernon Kay asked if she was "happy".
The 39-year-old was said to never have been "comfortable in her own skin" and after dozens of surgeries she became known as the "human Ken doll". However, in 2020 she announced her "biggest change yet" as she announced her new ambition to become a human Barbie.

After coming out as Transgender, she changed her name to Jessica and last month underwent her 90th surgery. Presenter Rochelle said Jessica did look like the "human Barbie" as Jessica replied with the plastic surgery there is an "association I look like Barbie".
She added: "In a former life I was nicknamed human life doll for 10 years. In reality surgery after surgery was to be the woman I am today." She told the ITV presenters that this was the "final product" but added she was only 95% happier with the progress at the moment. She said when she wakes up on the morning she "thanks God" every morning for her family and surgeons.
However, she told Rochelle she does not do plastic surgery to "make me look younger", instead it "pauses time". When talking about her transition, she said she "lost a lot of things", but "coming back to life now" she is really happy.
When asked why she was not completely happy, she said she would change her nose whereas Rochelle replied "I wouldn't have changed anything at all", she added: "You've always looked immaculate and for me it sounds like a lot of pain, you've spent £1m but whatever makes you happy, I'm just worried about that 5% that's looming."
Jessica replied: "My nose has been botched." She went on to say it has been "impossible" to find a surgeon to fit her nose. She added her dream now is to become a mother and to have a family and get married as she said: "First I need to find a suitor and that's the challenge."
