"Let’s go. This duo is going to be absolutely incredible in this movie. I can’t wait for this film to release!!!" one wrote.

A second added: "They look soo good together! Soo excited for Deadpool 3 already."

"I see nothing wrong with this. We’ve waited what feels like 5 decades to see it. We got it. It’s good. It’s unapologetic. And it’s the first time I’ve been excited about anything MCU for a minute," a third put.

A fourth typed: "This is one of the FINEST comic book movie suits ever. If you talk about the sleeves... they were made to be ripped off."

Along with the update from the official Deadpool page came behind the scenes snaps from fan accounts, which showed Wolverine and Deadpool fighting one another in an epic battle in front of a destroyed 20th Century Fox sign.

According to the Daily Mail, in the third film "Deadpool will use Cable's time travel machine to save Wolverine before his death in 2029 and they will end up lost in the Multiverse.

"While they are in the Multiverse they will be pursued by Mobius, who has access to time-travel technology. Among those set to star in the film is The Crown's Emma Corrin, who will play a villain in the blockbuster."

Ryan previously confirmed this, tweeting: "New addition to the family! The Deadpool family, for clarity. Which is just like a real family except with less swearing... Welcome, Emma Corrin!"
