The NFL draft is on the minds of the NFL world and we are here for it all. This week we’ve updated our seven-round mock draft for the Pittsburgh Steelers with some new parameters. This mock is all based on the best player available in a position of need. This means big changes in how the mock played out, starting at the very top.
First round-DT Bryan Bresee, Clemson
Bresee, is a remarkably disruptive athlete who can line up inside or outside.
Second round-OT Anton Harrison, Oklahoma
Harrison is a polished athlete who excels as a run blocker.
Second round-WR Jalin Hyatt, Tennessee
The foundation of Wyatt’s game is speed and he can pull the top off of a secondary.
Third round-CB Kyu Blu Kelly, Stanford
Blu Kelly is a man coverage specialist with a high football IQ.
Fourth round-LB DeMarvion Overshown
Overshown is a solid athlete with violent hands who can pressure or drop into coverage as an inside backer.
Seventh round-EDGE Thomas Incoom, Central Michigan
Incoom is a strong side edge rusher who can set the edge and finish as a pass rusher.
Seventh round-QB Max Duggan, TCU
Duggan is a nice developmental option with experience and athleticism.
