Melania Trump's claim that Donald Trump works 'nonstop' from morning until evening drew criticism from progressive commentator David Pakman after her 23 September appearance on Fox and Friends. In a YouTube video, Pakman questioned her description of the president's routine and challenged her account of his working hours.
For context, Melania appeared on the programme to discuss an upcoming docuseries about her life. The conversation also covered her domestic life with Donald, his workload and the feedback she gives him about his speeches. Her praise of his energy became the focus of Pakman's response.
