A new generation is stepping into Gilead. "The Testaments" picks up around 15 years after "The Handmaid's Tale" and shifts the focus to Agnes, Daisy and Aunt Lydia as the regime starts to crack from within. The sequel series is based on Margaret Atwood's 2019 novel, with Ann Dowd reprising her role alongside Chase Infiniti and Lucy Halliday, while Bruce Miller returns as showrunner.
