England just scraped into the semi-finals of the U20s World Championships out in South Africa as best runners up after securing their second draw of the pool stages in a thrilling 22-22 draw with Australia last time out.
That was enough to finish the pool stages unbeaten after recording a 34-34 draw with Ireland before beating Fiji 53-7. The result is a meeting with emerging tournament favourites France on Sunday.
The other semi-final will be contested between Ireland and South Africa.
