The start of the 2024 F1 season has once again been dominated by Red Bull Racing, with Max Verstappen winning in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The Dutch driver is looking to make it a hat-trick of victories and will start the Australian Grand Prix from pole position after another dominant show in qualifying.
Verstappen will be joined on the front row by Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz, with Lando Norris starting third ahead of Ferrari's Charles Leclerc. Sergio Perez will start in fifth after suffering a grid penalty, while there was disappointment for Mercedes as Lewis Hamilton could only qualify in 11th.
