Puzzles are the most crucial but also the most confusing aspect of Crimson Desert, whose vast world of Pywel features dozens, if not hundreds, of puzzles for players to engage with and solve, both as bonus and mandatory content.
During the game's earliest stages, players will come across several puzzles that seem, well, puzzling, and without the title ever holding your hand or helping you solve them, they can become real roadblocks and perhaps even cause players to quit the game on the spot.
One of these requires you to visit the Ancient Ruins landmark and solve the puzzle within, allowing you to unravel the secrets the place is hiding.
So, here's what you need to do.
Unravel the secrets of the Ancient Ruins quest in Crimson Desert
Once you come up to the Ancient Ruins, you're going to have to go inside the room and observe the three wheels on the wall. One of them pops out of the wall and can clearly be manipulated by external forces. That is where you come in, as you're going to have to move the three circles to make all three embedded flat within the wall.
With that information, I'm letting you go back to the puzzle and give it a few more tries, as the solution has been within your skill set for at least some time by the moment you've walked into the Ancient Ruins.

For those who do not want to spend time on this puzzle, the solution requires you to use Force Palm on the popped-out circles, which will then push out some others, asking you to figure out the right sequence.
The sequence is middle, right, and then left, which will then embed all three wheels and start the Ancient Ruins' mystical energy, unlocking its local fast travel point.
There are several puzzles necessary to unlock Abyss Nexuses for fast travel in Crimson Desert, including the one huge question mark near the Greymane camp where you get your own humble abode to rest in and to customize.
