The history of Premium tabs in Path of Exile 2 is closed, as GGG has replaced the stashes with Merchant tabs.
While it might first appear to be confusing for beginners, the new stashes are like-for-like replacements. You can once again rely on microtransactions to get more tabs for your in-game grind. That said, you're also guaranteed these new stashes if you owned Premium tabs in the older version of the game.
