Right now, an estimated 13 million women in the UK are peri or menopausal – which is an astounding figure, given that education on the menopause is sorely lacking, and those who go through it tend to experience it alone. The impacts of this lack of education are far-reaching: 40% of women report low mood or depression, 1 in 3 struggle with anxiety, and a quarter consider leaving work.

Rather than stumbling into this important life stage ill-equipped, you can only be expected to thrive if you possess science-backed information about what you’re going through, and how to adapt generic advice to suit your own body. Diet and lifestyle are key components in menopause management, whether or not you take HRT – and with supply shortages, it’s more essential than ever that women have access to information that can help them proactively manage their symptoms.

This is where Jackie Lynch comes in. A bestselling author and registered nutritional therapist, Jackie will blend theory and practice for an evidence-backed masterclass that explores a variety of dietary and lifestyle solutions that will help you to understand the hormonal changes in your body.

You will be given the tools and information you need to build your own menopause diet, based on your specific needs. Crucially, you will leave this session with a very clear understanding of what you can expect as you move through this stage in your life.
