Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 5 kicked off with a fresh set of Week 1 challenges spread across all game modes. As usual, you only need to complete any six of them to unlock the Jäger 45 Grid‑Breaker Kit barrel attachment and 10,000 bonus XP.
You’ll also start working toward the new Season 5 universal camos Murder and Nectar, which require multiple weekly rewards over the season. Here are all the Season 5 Week 1 challenges in BO7 and Warzone and the easiest ways to finish them.

Week 1 reward in BO7 and Warzone Season 5
Season 5 Week 1’s reward is the Jäger 45 Grid‑Breaker Kit. It’s a barrel attachment that converts the Jäger 45 into a recharging EMP device with improved movement speeds. It fires a localized blast that deals minor damage and disrupts enemy electronics.
Week 1 progress also feeds into the new Season 5 universal camo track: Murder, which unlocks after you earn any four weekly rewards, and Nectar, which requires all eight weekly rewards across the season.
Black Ops 7 and Warzone Season 5 weekly challenge reset date
Season 5 keeps the familiar weekly cadence from the previous seasons. Each challenge set unlocks on a weekly timer, on Thursdays at 11am CT, while remaining available throughout the season until the end date.
