Strictly Come Dancing: How old is Jayde Adams and what other TV shows has she been on

Jayde Adams was one of the main stars of the Strictly Come Dancing 2022 launch show when it aired on Friday night (September 23).

The Bedminster comedian and actor was paired with professional dancer Karen Hauer, who has been dancing with Strictly for ten years, and finished second with Jamie Lang two years ago. The series will continue to be hosted by Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly, and other contestants joining Jayde on the dancefloor this year include Kym Marsh, Will Melor, Kaye Adam and Richie Anderson.

Prior to putting on her dancing shoes for the new season, Jayde has appeared in various other TV shows, including her hosting role on The Crazy Delicious. Speaking during the launch show, Jayde said: "Every single thing I have ever achieved in my career has been me gearing up to be on Strictly Come Dancing, this means everything."
