There are long-running reality competition shows and then there's CBS' megahit Survivor. The series debuted back in 2000 and is widely considered one of the best reality shows of all time. It's also credited with inspiring countless series that were released in the decades since. During its ongoing tenure on the air (which is showing no signs of slowing down) the series typically airs two seasons per year on CBS (and streaming with a Paramount+ subscription). While the New Era of the game has brought in longer Survivor episodes and a shorter amount of time on the island for castaways, there's one big lingering question that some fans have. Namely, how much money do contestants on the show make? Don't you fret, because I've done some research on this, and the tiers of cash prizes that are available for contestants after their time in Fiji.
