Hot on the heels of her appearing in Channel 5 drama The Teacher, Sheridan Smith has been leading the cast of No Return, which started on ITV earlier this month
Much like recently launched thriller Trigger Point, which ended on Sunday and is getting a second series, No Return had a lot of build up on the channel, with teaser adverts on for weeks before its debut on Monday, February 7..
That's when ITV viewers finally got their first look at Sheridan in her latest on screen role of Kathy, a mum whose world is turned upside down when, during a family holiday to Turkey, her son Noah is accused of sexually assaulting another boy.

The family's trip abroad all going to plan, with none of them having care in the world, until teenager Noah accepts a party invite from fellow hotel guest Rosie.
His decision to go has dire consequences as he is awoken in the early hours by Turkish police and hauled behind bars.
It's left to parents Kathy and Martin to fight for justice, thousands of miles from home and with the odds stacked against them.
How many episodes of No Return are there?
No Return has FOUR episodes , meaning that the one going out on Monday, February 28 is the last.
The good news for anyone who's missed it completely is that the whole series is on ITVHub to binge in one go.
The No Return cast also includes Rufus Hound as a private detective and young actor Louis Ashbourne Serkis as the teen at the centre of the drama.
A teaser for No Return's fourth and final episodereads: "Kathy hits a downward spiral and Martin's anger hits boiling point.
"The family are more divided than ever, but face their biggest trial yet when Noah's court verdict draws closer.
