A housekeeper is wanted by police after a suitcase containing jewellery worth £350,000 was stolen from a hotel in Knightsbridge.
Scotland Yard on Wednesday issued a photo of Marinela Manolesu, 28, who they believe travelled to Romania a week after the high-value theft.
The suitcase of jewellery was stolen on Sunday, October 8, from a hotel in Knightsbridge at which Ms Manolesu was working as a housekeeper.
"Our enquiries to date suggest she left the UK and travelled to Romania on Sunday, October 15," said a Scotland Yard spokesperwon.
"We have contacted authorities in the country."
