Even more snow is on its way here in Leeds today with disruption expected across the city.
An amber warning for heavy snow is in place until midday today and a separate yellow warning for snow will be in place until 2pm in Leeds. As as result heavy snow is expected across the city.
The Met Office said: "Snow is expected to develop over northern England on Thursday morning, becoming persistent through the afternoon and overnight into early Friday morning before slowly easing. Residual impacts from snowfall are expected to persist through Friday morning.

"10-20 cm of snow is expected to fall quite widely, with some places seeing 30-40 cm. Strong easterly winds are expected to accompany this snow, leading to blizzards and drifting of lying snow."
This means today will be another cold day in Leeds, with temperatures below freezing in the city. According to the Met Office it will be: "Cold with scattered snow showers and feeling breezy at first. Winds easing and some sunny spells developing from midday. Becoming increasingly clear overnight, with severe widespread frost and ice. Maximum temperature 5 °C."
