A Newcastle city centre leisure venue has opened, named after the director’s youngest daughter.
The Malhotra Group operates care home and property divisions alongside its hospitality company, which has a number of bars, hotels and restaurants including the Three Mile, Grey Street Hotel, Great North Hotel and Osborne’s. Three years ago the firm opened a bar and restaurant within its Grey Street Hotel property, named after director Atul Malhotra’s daughter Leila Lily, who is now aged four.
Now Mr Malhotra has officially launched Eva Rose, which is set to act as a sister venue to Leila Lily’s. Leila Lily’s opened in 2019 to great fanfare, decorated with flourishes of greenery and lilies, with a signature cocktail also named after Mr Malhotra’s daughter.
