Homeless man denies brutal assault killed partner

A homeless woman who died shortly after being brutally attacked by her partner in a Salvation Army courtyard was not murdered, a judge has heard.

Robert Karl Huber met divorcee Lindy "Kimmy" Lucena in 2017 and moved in with her before allegedly killing her on January 3, 2023.
