An immigration officer and former Metropolitan Police officer has reportedly been suspended following a BBC investigation which alleged he had been posting racist content on WhatsApp.
It was reported by the BBC’s Newsnight programme that Rob Lewis had created a group chat with other former Met officers.
Messages from the group were shown to the programme by Dave Eden, another former police officer, the show said.
