Hollywood royalty Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas have reportedly moved into a new apartment inside St James's Palace in London.
The superstar actors, who have been married for 22 years and share two children, are huge fans of the monarchy and have positioned themselves where they now have several royal neighbours.
St James' Palace houses the London residencies of the Prince of Wales, the Royal Princess and Princess Alexandra and the christenings of Princes George and Louis were held at the Chapel Royal. Prince Charles was proclaimed King at the palace.
Catherine, 53, and Michael, 78, are believed to have chosen London's oldest palace - built in the 16th century by Henry VIII - as their base while visiting the capital. A one-bedroom flat in St James's Palace is currently on the rental market for just under £4,000 a month.
A source told Daily Mail : "It's just perfect for their requirements when they're visiting the capital."
Rock of Ages star Catherine had previously spoken about her admiration for the monarchy and revealed she once had lunch with the Queen Consort.
She said: "I'm a massive royalist. 'In our family, we'll dress up on royal occasions. My son will wear a top hat and tails and have scones.
"I had a wonderful lunch with Camilla and Lady Astor in New York years ago, before they were even married, and I loved her. What you see is what you get with Camilla."
Catherine and Michael used the apartment at St James's Palace as the married couple attended the UK premiere of Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania at the BFI IMAX cinema in Waterloo last week.
The Hollywood great could not take his eyes off his glamorous wife as she attended in support of his latest film launch.
Michael couldn’t look away from Catherine, who cut a stylish figure in a periwinkle blue strapless full-length dress which hugged her gorgeous curves.
Her dress boasted ruched asymmetric detailing along her waist and hips, as well as a sash which draped over one of her shoulders.
The film, which sees Michael reprising his role as Dr. Hank Pym, marks the third standalone Ant-Man movie in the series, and sees Paul Rudd’s Scott Lang as the protagonist.
Michael first appeared as Dr. Hank in 2015’s Ant-Man, as well as the second film in the series and Avengers: Endgame.
The Mirror has contacted Catherine's representative for comment.
