Holly Willoughby has amazed fans with her impressive yoga skills.
The This Morning presenter is currently taking a break from her usual hosting duties - and it looks as though she's making the most of her time off.
The 40-year-old TV star proved that she's not wasting away her holidays as she showcased her incredible aerial yoga skills in a brand-new snap.
The image - which was posted on Holly's Wylde Moon Instagram account - saw the star hang upside-down as she practised some classic yoga moves.
Holly looked 'zen' and at ease in the outdoor yoga studio as she closed her eyes and clasped her hands to her heart in prayer.
The star looked comfortable as she donned a pair of black leggings and a plain white t-shirt as she went makeup-free for the intense yoga session.
Alongside the impressive snap on Wylde Moon's Instagram page, the caption read: "Our founder Holly Willoughby looking extremely zen in the Inverted Butterfly yoga position.
"This position is said to boost circulation, promote healing and help detoxify tissue. And as an added bonus, it effortlessly (some may say) decompresses the spine.
"This month's WYLDE Moonboard is all about wellness and carving out little moments for yourself, so for more self-love inspiration, head over to the link in our bio."
Holly launched her women's lifestyle website, Wylde Moon, in September last year.
And after fans laid their eyes on the platform's latest snap of the TV presenter, they flocked to the comments to praise her.
"Holly Willoughby is literally a superhero. What can't she do," one fan gushed.
"This is amazing!!! She's so strong," another echoed.
"Oh wow!!! Go on Holly. She's making the most of her This Morning break lol," someone else commented.
It comes as Holly is currently taking two weeks off her presenting duties on This Morning to focus on filming for the new BBC show Wim Hof's Superstar Survival.
The show, which is also fronted by comedian Lee Mack, will 'follow a group of soul-searching celebrities as they embark on an epic adventure of self-improvement, and face a unique test of mental strength like no other, under the guidance of 'extreme athlete' and well-being icon Wim Hof, AKA 'The Iceman',' the BBC says.
Holly is also kept busy with presenting this year's Dancing On Ice series alongside her This Morning co-star, Phillip Schofield.
