An exchange between Josie Gibson and Ruth Langsford left viewers feeling "awkward" during Tuesday's instalment of This Morning (June 6). As Josie joined Holly Willoughby in presenting This Morning again, the pair welcomed Loose Women's Ruth via video link, as she told viewers what they could look forward to on her show.
Whilst the simple promotion segment did not last very long, viewers claimed there was "tension" between Ruth, 63, and Holly, 42, during the exchange. As the camera cut to Ruth on the Loose Women set, the former This Morning star pointed out that both she and Josie, 38, were wearing green, swerving Holly, whose dress had a green pattern, BirminghamLive reports.
"We've got the green memo today, Josie," Ruth commented as she complimented Josie. "You look great!"
