Holly Willoughby has detailed a fashion mishap she suffered on route to the Royal Ascot. The This Morning presenter looked amazing in a pink ensemble at the races but almost lost her hat on way to the event.
The 41-year-old revealed that her headpiece "just about survived" after she realised it didn't fit in the car, which was problematic as it was pinned down.
Holly was asked about the mishap by Good Morning Britain's Charlotte Hawkins, speaking to the presenter live from Royal Ascot, Charlotte asked: "Holly, you had a bit of difficulty in the car coming down, didn’t you?"

The mum-of-three replied: “I did This Morning today, then I jumped straight in the car to get down here because I didn’t want to miss the first race.
“I put my hat on and got in the car then realised I couldn’t actually fit in the car with my hat, but it’s all pinned in."
Holly added: “So I was lying with my seat belt on like this (slumped) the whole way here, but it’s fine I think, it just about survived."
The television host chose the pink sustainable Josephine dress from Suzannah London for the races. She matched the number with a hat from Philip Treacy.
Sharing her outfit with her 7.9 million followers, Holly wrote: "A day at the races @ascotracecourse @itv #hwstyle dress by @suzannahlondon hat @philiptreacy @fenwickofficial."
"This outfit is literally everything," wrote one fan, while another added: "Holly that outfit is stunning love it."
And a third comment: " Absolutely love your dress." For more showbiz and television stories get our newsletter he
