There are many picturesque places in Wales - from stunning mountains to rolling countryside - and of course, the amazing coastline. Holly Willoughby could not get enough of the Aberystwyth seafront as Kate Lawler broadcast live from the gorgeous beach on This Morning.
Kate was broadcasting from Aberystwyth to promote ITV1's latest competition and was chatting to Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield. As Kate said she was going to "dip her toes" in the sea and enjoy the "stunning" sunny day, Holly gushed about how pretty it looked.
Holly said: "The colours of that sea going into the sky is so beautiful... oh look how beautiful that is, just gorgeous!" Holly and Phil were missing from This Morning during the bank holiday, when Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary, who normally present the show on Fridays, took over.
Dermot was left "absolutely mortified" when he suffered a blunder live on set. Starting off the show by talking about gardening in a mock garden set up Dermot ended up knocking over a terracotta pot. Alison said: "What have you broke now? Oh no the flower pot!" while Dermot apologised.

The crew then continued to take the mickey out of Dermot for the rest of the introduction by putting crash noises on in the background. Meanwhile, Gavin & Stacey star Joanna Page is joining the This Morning team in May 2023. She will be hosting a brand new mini-series, called Set Jetting, which will see her travel across the UK and Europe next month to locations featured in movies and on telly.
