Hollie Shearer confirms romance with England rugby star during luxury trip to Dubai

Alan Shearer's daughter Hollie has confirmed her romance with England rugby star Joe Marchant by sharing photos of them looking very loved up on a luxury trip to Dubai.

Singer Hollie, 25, who recently performed at her football legend dad's annual ball, has been uploading snaps of her and Joe on their sun drenched holiday in the UAE on her Instagram, with the first one, posted a week ago, carrying the caption: "The perfect day."

A second photo of Hollie and Joe showed them posing on a balcony looking ready for a night out after the sun went down, with Hollie choosing a love heart to go next to it. And, among the many people top react to the photo was ex Newcastle United number 9 Alan, who appeared to give his seal of approval to the relationship by reacting with heart eyed and flame emojis.

And the caption Hollie used alongside the final photo of their trip cemented the face that she and Joe are a couple as, next to a shot of them enjoying a day on a lavish yacht, she chose to use #couple. Since returning home, Hollie has posted another photo of her and Joe together, very much looking the part for a fancy dress party.

Like Hollie, her new love interest Joe is also 25-years-old and plays as centre for Harlequins in the Premiership. He posted an identical snap of him and Hollie from their Dubai trip, before also posting a different picture of them on a yacht with friends, which he captioned: "Boat day."

Prior to heading off to sunnier climes with Hollie, Joe played for England in their Six Nations loss against France. Posting a photo of himself in match action, he wrote: "Gutted with the result but loved my first full 6 Nations experience with this team."
