A holidaymaker suing TUI for over £100,000 after being injured when she slipped in a puddle at the juice bar has been told by the operator that her accident was her own fault.
Karen Carey shattered her right ankle when she slipped as she and her husband, Peter, were eating at the luxury H10 Taburiente Playa Hotel in Tenerife six years ago.
She went down on her backside when her feet went from under her as she walked towards the fruit juice bar.
