Hogwarts Legacy is just days away from general sale, and Harry Potter fans everywhere are scrambling to bag themselves a copy. The game is already causing an online sensation ahead of its Friday, February 10 release date, as the lucky gamers who snagged the Deluxe Edition are benefiting from 72-hour early access to the game.
As soon as early access started in the early hours of Tuesday, the game broke the record for the most live viewers of a single-player game on Twitch, at times being watched by more than 1.2m people on the streaming platform, Metro reported. The reviews for the open-world video game – set in the Wizarding World of the Harry Potter franchise – suggest it lives up to the hype.
So, if you’re keen to enroll in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and see what all the fuss is about, you can still preorder a copy for yourself – and there’s some great online deals available across several platforms.
