When the coronavirus pandemic came along it changed the work place for many of us. From heading into the office, many workers suddenly found they were working from home.
While many have found it a benefit it has also seen some hit in the pocket as they face paying for heating and electricity when they would usually be out of the house. And with rising bills it is an increasing pressure.
But there is some help available if you work for at least part of your week from your own home. The government allows tax relief for extra bills people might face if they are working from home. It says: "You may be able to claim tax relief for additional household costs if you have to work at home on a regular basis, either for all or part of the week."
