A historic country inn just outside of Edinburgh with a hot tub that previously featured on Four in a Bed has hit the market for offers over £750,000.
The charming Juniperlea Inn in Blackshiels, Midlothian is an old country pub located just off the A68 and on the idyllic route from Edinburgh down to the Borders.
In March 2021 the rustic B&B had it's time in the spotlight when the most recent owners appeared on Channel 4's Four in a Bed.

Carly Cornwall owner of the Juniperlea Inn appeared on the hit Channel 4 show back in 2021 with best friend Lydia Donegani charging an average of £125 a night for a bed and breakfast.
Despite having no experience in the hospitality trade, Carly saw the potential in the Midlothian farmhouse and completely transformed it into a boutique hotel.
Located just 15 miles from Edinburgh city centre and with a history dating from the 1850's the unique property has plenty to offer and could be a goldmine for a business owner.
The description of the business reads: "The current owners acquired this charming inn six years ago and have completely renovated the inn. The end result is a modern contemporary gastro pub providing great food.
"Also three beautifully appointed letting rooms all en-suite and the popular pod with its own hot tub. The rooms run with extremely high occupancy throughout the year."
It continues: "On entering this beautifully appointed bar you are met with a roaring wood burner. The bar leads through to the dining area providing 85 covers.
"As with the rest of the building, the kitchen has also undergone refurbishment and is fully equipped with high-quality ranges, ovens, walk-in fridges etc.
"In addition, the inn provides spacious living accommodation with three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, utility and also a spacious roof terrace with a hot tub.
"This also offers the opportunity to convert into additional letting accommodation."

And adds: "There is planning consent for a function room for 140 with three additional letting rooms en-suite. Making an ideal wedding venue.
"The construction has started with the steel structure in place. The owner, who is a building contractor, would be prepared to finish the construction by a separate agreement.
"Finally, a large car park providing space for 20 plus vehicles. "The Inn has been family run for the last 6 years and provides a rare opportunity to acquire this iconic Inn.
"The opportunities to develop the business are endless. The business is operated by the owner with the assistance of full and part-time staff and currently operates Wednesday to Sunday."
